Putin Surrenders To US – Opens Door For Cooperation

Putin may have opened the door for United States cooperation, after declaring that he has opened the door for joint effort towards defeating Islamic States terrorist organisation. The call came after the terrorist organisation killed more than 150 Russian concert goers at Crocus concert hall in Moscow.
After initially saying that Ukraine was behind the terrorist attack, Putin finally admitted that it was “an international terrorist” attack. Islamic State terrorist quickly claimed responsibility for the attack, hence the theory of pointing accusing hands at Ukraine was forfeited. Moscow has now embraced the reality that the country faced organised international terrorist.
Vowing to confront terrorism in the world, he declared that Russia under him is ready to work closely with any country to tackle international and local terrorists. The position taken means Russia opening door for United States cooperation on tackling international terrorists.
United States have for decades spearheaded the fight against Islamic State terrorists. The fight earned Washington experience and respect in the fight against terrorists. United States have invested billions of Dollars in weaponry and intelligence gathering to ensure they have upper hand in the fight against international terrorists.
Moscow admitted to being tipped off on imminent terrorist attack in Moscow by Washington. The tip off was not given a priority attention even though there had been a foiled terrorist attack at a Synagogue. Islamic State terrorists are remarkably pushing to murder innocents, so it was disappointing of Moscow to not give a priority attention to a tip off.
Analysts believe the war in Ukraine played into the terrorists hands. Russia has pushed everything it had on Ukraine to make sure victory is secured, leaving internal security porous. “If you move everything out, with the idea that Ukraine is everything you want to militarily take down, your focus is there and your resources are there. You ultimately leave home security porous and that is why the terrorists struck”
Russia’s war in Ukraine is extremely looking difficult, with the alleged direct involvement of NATO and other mercenaries. Ukraine is beginning to have a go at Russia with missiles being launched and war ships attacked. Where Ukraine could not reach militarily, they are now reaching.
The mercenaries in and outside of Russia are also stepping up attack against Russia. The war has largely taken Russia’s attention. There is no blame yet, with investigation mostly to commence soon.
Putin said “all the perpetrators, organizers and those who ordered this crime will be justly and inevitably punished. Whoever they are, whoever that is guiding them, we will identify and punish everyone who stands behind the terrorists, who prepared this atrocity, this strike against Russia, against our people”
It is yet uncertain if Putin will surrender to United States or set up an independent coalition to fight terrorists. Even with an independent coalition, Russia will need United States to successfully carry out the elimination of international terrorists. United States is important in the war against Islamic States because they already have a foundation or experience – know where and how to strike successfully.
