Ebuka Obi Likely To Face Legal Action For His Alleged Staged Padlock Miracle

Ebuka Obi Likely To Face Legal Action For His Alleged Staged Padlock Miracle

Following the miracle that involved opening of locked padlock and charms published in his church, Ebuka Obi now faces legal action to prove the authenticity of his miracle if certain conditions are not met.

Pararan Mock News limited, a news company registered in Nigeria, who published the said miracle video and debunked the authenticity of the miracle by disclosing the discrepancies in the narrative of the miracle and claims made by the alleged herbalist who came for testimony, is behind the potential legal action against Evangelist Ebuka Obi.

What Happened.

In his regular church service, Ebuka Obi recorded a video of a man who self-confessed to be a herbalist and came to the church with padlock. According to him, he uses the padlock to lock people’s destiny and sometimes their cars, which curse the victims and consign their cars to mechanic workshop.

In the church service, Ebuka Obi asked the alleged herbalist if he wants to come to Jesus, and touched the padlock which was unlocked by the herbalist. According to Ebuka Obi, the padlock was rusty and couldn’t be unlocked with the key until he touched it. He narrated that the padlock was unlocked through a spiritual power possessed by him.

The alleged herbalist said he came from Kogi state and attended the church service because he saw Ebuka Obi in a dream chasing him. He further said he saw Ebuka Obi descending from the sky with a royal crown, and on top of a horse with a royal crown – insinuating Ebuka Obi was like or is Jesus Christ.

Afterwards, Pararan Mock News limited disclosed on his platforms that the said herbalist is an Evangelist, who resides in Lagos and a dedicated church goer. The man in question according to a video uploaded by Pararan Mock News further has also visited another church giving testimonies.

According to the Facebook profile of the said herbalist, his bio shows he is a dedicated Christian and not a herbalist. Pararan Mock News then disclosed the miracle was stage managed with the evidences he provided.

Reaction.

After the video by Pararan Mock News, Ebuka Obi wrote a letter denouncing the video uploaded by PMN and accused the company of propagating hate and fake news against him. The letter was made public in defense of Ebuka Obi’s miracle.

Pararan Mock News limited got hold of the letter and conveyed a counter-letter. In the letter, PMN limited asked Ebuka Obi to apologise to the company on the pages of four Nigeria mainstream newspapers, tender apology to Christian Association of Nigeria for ridiculing the body of Jesus Christ and compensate PMN limited with the sum of Five Hundred Million Naira.

What Next.

In the letter to Ebuka Obi, PMN limited gave the Evangelist seven days to act or face a legal action in the tune of Five Billion Naira for damages to the credibility of news company.

If Ebuka Obi fails to apologise accordingly, a legal battle will be instituted against him. Ebuka Obi is yet to react to the legal threat as at the time of filing this report.
