Hamas-Israel war: if only we could unite against terrorist organizations

When Hamas overthrew Fatah’s Palestinian rule in 2007, it was clear the strip would head for destruction. A terrorist organization is in charge and what terrorist do is cause bloodshed. Today, bloodshed is the order of the day; they have succeeded in putting Palestinians in harm’s way.
Hamas took over with sole aim to destroy Israel, an ideology nursed and nurtured by Iran and the mission is a desperate one – one they are ready to sacrifice everything. When the group launches rockets and projectiles at Israel behind civilians, they know exactly what they want. They want destruction of everyone because they are obsessed with Israel’s destruction.
When Israel call on civilians to evacuate danger zones, they make a counter call and physically stop civilians from leaving, because they are using civilians as pawns in their game of chess they dream to win against Israel. In the end, even though it’s hard to digest, Hamas is responsible for the deaths we are seeing in Gaza.
We strongly condemn violence and ready to work towards peace because humanity needs peace. In Gaza, humanity is suffering – same flesh and blood and it’s time to unearth facts and when we do, we can heal the wounds in Gaza and elsewhere. We must be bold enough to shun politics or religion at the expense of human life.
If we fail to primarily condemn terrorism – what is happening in Gaza will continue to go on – orchestrated by Hamas. We must condemn terrorism with one voice and then make peace our priority. Unfortunately, religious shadow is creeping in and Arab world is being pushed to embrace it. But in true sense, the issue of religion is a shadow, it doesn’t exist, what does is terrorism and cruelty.
When Hamas infiltrated Israel on October 7th, they did with a strong and united aim to kill and maim people, irrespective of your religious and political affiliations. They killed people of all nations, class, age and belief. But here, we sit back to condemn the victim for proactive action taken to curtail terrorism. Israel’s fight against Hama is a fight for all.
Let me simply put that we are not yet ready to stop conflicts in the middles east if we continue to legitimatize terrorists. The day we all speak up against terrorist organizations in the middle east, that becomes the first step to the right direction of restoring peace. There can never be peace when a terrorist organization is in charge of a state or strip.
The message is simple and short; the first step is to unite against terrorism and terrorist organizations. Terrorists using human shield is the dangerous form of terrorism – the terrorists simply want a safe position to commit greater atrocities. And no sane country or people can afford that.
What happened in Israel on October 7th was despicable and it was possible because the perpetrators used human shield and made their stopping quite impossible for the victim.
What happened in Israel on October 7th would happen a thousand times if Israel fails to focus on Hamas, and if civilians are victimized, we should hold Hamas responsible.
When you attack Israel’s reaction, you are simply supporting terrorism. The terrorists in Gaza want us to blame Israel to give them room to breed and cause more havoc on innocent people. We should be wiser, there is no justification whatsoever for terrorism.
