U.S. President’s son poised for indictment

Like Donald Trump, Biden’s first son is now poised for indictment after a long run of effort to avoid time in jail. Hunter Biden has been in the eye of the storm since his laptop was accessed, leading to incriminating activities and illegal businesses involving his father, Joe Biden. The stonewalled investigation is finally coming to an end; to the excitement of Republicans who invested a lot to pull down stonewalls that shielded the President’s son.
Donald Trump still regret the timing of the investigation and attention the case attracted, because it could had changed the outcome of the 2020 election result by far, had those involved with the investigation looked into the case.
Democrats did everything they could to stonewall the case and stopped every legitimate effort to bring Hunter Biden to book earlier on. Had the matter been investigated in the build up to the 2020 election, Joe Biden wouldn’t stand a chance against Trump, whose Russia interference case and much more gathered momentum. There was nothing against Joe Biden, whose son’s case would have brought down, had it been investigated.
Joe Biden will always be indebted to the Democrats House of Representatives, who fought assiduously to make sure the case didn’t get the needed attention. It was going to be a different case as soon as Republicans won the majority seat of the house. They invested everything to making sure truth emerged and, now, there is a possible end to the matter.
The indictment is focused on federal gun charge. It was a disappointment for Hunter Biden who secured a sweetheart deal to avoid jail term for lying on a federal form when purchasing a firearm in 2018. The plea bargain collapsed in July, after a judge disagreed with terms of the plea and dubbed it strange. He was expected to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax counts of willful failure to pay federal income tax.
The investigation of Hunter Biden has led to a popular phrase in America ‘two tier justice system’ one for Joe Biden and cohorts, another for Donald Trump and cohorts. The declaration of Noreika of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, that the DOJ deal for Hunter Biden was unconstitutional “not standard” and “Different from what I normally see” gave credence to the phrase.
Hunter Biden was discharged from the U.S. Navy in 2014 after testing positive for cocaine. He has had a long history of drug addiction and according to law, was not supposed to possess a gun. He then lied to purchase a gun. The law allows those with sound history regarding drug and other controlled substances to use guns.
But when asked if he was “an unlawful user of, or addicted to, marijuana or any depressant, stimulant, narcotic drug, or any other controlled substance” Hunter replied in the negative. Weiss appointment as a special counsel was seen as continuation of the sweetheart approach to defend Biden and his family.
The possible indictment of the President’s son is as a result of unrelenting effort of Republicans to see to the end of the investigation and ensure justice is served.
