International reactions – Joe Biden warned Prigozhin about his death

The murder of Yevgeny Prigozhin is not a surprise, but a huge disappointment to the enemies of Putin, who has established himself as a strongman and dictator. Since Putin took reign of power in Russia, he has sought to re-establish Soviet Union status or capabilities, including territorial extensions and diplomatic concessions for a bigger and more powerful Russia.
Putin has reigned supreme in Russia and controlled oppositions to his government. He has ruled with fear and iron fist. He has made sure nobody speaks up or out against him, and those that dare meet their waterloo immediately. The situation in Russia is clear, focus on your lane and never speak ill of the government of Putin.
To Putin, the West is the enemy of Russia and everything must be geared towards contending with the West. He made it clear during the failed June mutiny attempt by Prigozhin that Russia cannot afford any internal uprising or conflict because the country is at war with the West.
Putin continues to image himself as a demigod that must be worshipped and praised for all his efforts towards safeguarding and making Russia a super-power country. Anybody with opposing view is the agent of the West that must be treated like a traitor.
Russia has remarkably raised its stake under Putin and it comes with challenges and competition. It also comes with enmity, and when the pride of the Russian President is hurt, he could go any length to making sure he restored his pride or healed his wound.
Many oppositions have died mysteriously for asking questions or speaking up, those he spared were those thrown into prison. Mostly, Putin murder his competitors or critics through food-poisoning, while publicly boasting that he never forgives when betrayed – a phrase he has lived all his life.
Prigozhin betrayed Putin when he rebelled against his constituted authority and stamped boots on the capital against Putin’s government. The move was welcomed by the West who expected Russia to boil and the strongman of Russia to be demystified. The rebellion ended before it even begun when a deal was struck to end the rebellion.
After the failed rebellion, United States President, Joe Biden reacted to the event and had some advice for Yevgeny Prigozhin. On July 13, he warned Prigozhin to watch what he eats and be extremely careful because Putin would eventually get rid of him.
Reacting to the announcement of the death of the man he gave a piece of advice, he said he was not surprised that the man eventually died. His advice might have worked; but Putin devised another means to get rid of the terror he nurtured. Not food-poisoning, but plane crash, a means Prigozhin and Joe Biden didn’t envisage.
The Prime Minister of Estonia, Kaja Kallas reacted via CNN, saying if the news is confirmed, that it was a message to those that would want to stand against Putin in election or elsewhere. His words “If true, it shows Putin will eliminate opponents, and that scares anyone who is thinking of expressing opinion different than his”
Polish Foreign Minister on TVP “We would have great trouble naming anyone who would intuitively think this was a coincidence. It so happens that political opponents whom Vladimir Putin considers a threat to his power do not die naturally”
British Lawmaker, Kearns said the speed at which the report of the death of Prigozhin by Russian government shows the pre-arranged the murder of the failed mutineer.
