U.S. president’s son will not be pardoned if found guilty

Hunter Biden, the son of the U.S president will spend 25 years in prison if found guilty of possessing firms arms under false information. There have been questions if President Biden will use his executive power to grant his son pardon if convicted. But it appears the President is prepared to allow his son rot in jail, this is according to the White House press secretary.

In July after Hunter Biden first appeared in Delaware federal court, where he was billed to face a federal judge after the collapse of his plea bargain. He pleaded not guilty, setting the slate for a long court hearing and possible conviction. A sweetheart deal in his plea bargain was termed unconstitutional by a judge, forcing the appointment of Special Counsel David Weiss who indicted him.

For the second time, White House press secretary has said President Biden will not pardon his son if convicted, a position Biden is yet to confirm. Often with a one word answer of ‘no’ Karin Jean-Pierre continues to shut down any possibility of presidential pardon.

It is believed by critics that the White House press secretary is shutting down the question and not necessarily giving answer to the question. President Joe Biden has demonstrated his love for his son and may not be able to live with the experience of his first son spending 25years in prison while he has the chance to pardon him.

The position of the press secretary is viewed as a tactical shift from blame or renewed criticism of Biden’s administration’s two tier justice system where the President’s camp gets favorable investigation while others get different approach to their investigations.

The sweetheart deal that was considered unconstitutional is the reason behind the doubt that President Biden would allow his son to rot in jail. Hunter Biden’s investigation has tremendously been stonewalled from the first day his laptop from hell was accessed. The administration of Biden has done and invested so much to shield his son, but the determination of the Republican house paid off when the President’s son admitted to the crimes he was accused of – prompting a plea bargain that collapsed.

Biden’s administration was also accused of making unconstitutional deal for his son to evade time in prison, an unconstitutional plea deal that was rejected by a federal judge. Within the Republican circle, it is believed more indictments are on the way, and they are pushing massively – mounting pressure on the DOJ with more whistleblowers and witnesses coming forward.

The Special Counsel investigating Hunter Biden has been accused of delay and complicit in the unconstitutional deal made on plea bargain. Although appointed by Donald Trump, critics believe his allegiance has long been switched, like that of Florida governor who once backed and campaigned for Donald Trump, but now against him.

It’s yet to be seen if Hunter Biden would be indicted, because he pleaded not guilty instead of guilty plea to minimize his number of years in prison. His defense counsel must have calculated his chances and influences of winning the case to have urged him to plead not guilty after his failed plea bargain.
