This indictment strikes me as an amateurish joke, frankly. Jack Smith as special counsel should be indicted for stupidity – it’s that bad” Gregg said to Fox News Hannity, while also questioning the controversial habit of the special counsel.

Jack Smith has shown his readiness and desperation to tarnish the image of the former President of United States – a move seen as political witch hunt, which started right from the very first day of Donald Trump’s forty-fifth administration.

It is widely believed by Trump’s sympathizers that Jack Smith was appointed a special counsel because of his history of targeting opponents for his masters. The sole aim of appointing the “Political Hit Man” was to get Trump out of the way as 2024 election appears to his to lose.

What Jack Smith is doing today is nothing short of what has been going on for seven years, where former President Donald Trump has faced probes after probes. He was not spared as a sitting President of United States and would not be spared as a candidate or chief-political opponent of Joe Biden.

Joe Biden had entirely shut out questions concerning the probe of his opposition in chief, who had severally called the probe “Political interference”. Various reports had suggested that those managing the image of the President of United States had urged him to remain mute and never yield to questions regarding the probes, indictment or legal tussle.

Gregg Jarrett, an outstanding political analyst sees the indictment as a joke, rightly so, and many Americans share his view.

Since the indictment, against all odds, Donald Trump retained his lead in the GOP primary election poll, garnering double figures over his multiple challengers. In the general election poll, his figure ahead of Joe Biden is minimal compared to GOP primary election poll.

The second indictment according to Jarrett is even crazier as he argued on Fox News that Donald Trump, under the Electoral Count Act of 1887 is legally on track to challenge election outcome. Insinuating that for Trump to be found guilty, the constitution must be blazingly neglected.

Formerly; there had been electoral contentions like Trump’s version – between Republican President Ruther Hayes and then New York Democratic Governor, Samuel Tilden. If the law or no one indicted the previous, how come Donald Trump is being indicted today?

Second indictment of Donald Trump appears to go below the minimal standard expected of the Justice Department, but as widely believed, ‘Two Tier’ justice system is being played out, and the desperation of the “deranged Jack Smith” to interfere in the 2024 election drives his amateurish indictments.

Gregg also noted the recent challenge of Trump’s election of 2016, where the credibility of the election was challenged by Democrats. Democrats said everything they could and alleged Russian interference, citing for that reason, Donald Trump didn’t win the election.

According to Gregg on Fox News “The main point is if Donald Trump truly believed he won, even if he was wrong about it and used the legal process to contest the outcome as the law clearly permits, that is not election fraud.

The fear is that something extraordinary or strange must happen to be able to prove the case against Donald Trump. Jack Smith appears to be chasing shadows, by virtue of probing intents than crime.

The big question remains; is there any law that prohibits Donald Trump from contesting election outcome? If there is a stipulated law that permits one to contest election results and if Donald Trump followed a legal process, by urging the legal units at his disposal to contest against the election, he acted within the confines of the law.

The desperation that has been seen among Democrats whips up sentiment of deliberate targeting of Donald Trump. If the Justice Department could make a joke indictment; there must be a game they are ready to play.
